What is Glowviera?
Glowviera is an online jewellery brand offering high-quality, elegant, and affordable accessories. Every piece is carefully selected to match modern style and premium standards.
How can I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your favourites to the cart, and complete the checkout with your correct address and contact details. You will receive order confirmation once the purchase is completed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through major payment options such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments (depending on availability).
How much is the shipping charge?
Domestic India Shipping: Flat ₹49 across India.
International Shipping: Available via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (charges vary depending on weight and destination).
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If you want COD, tell me — I can add this to your version.
Do I need to record an unboxing video?
YES. Mandatory.
A full, continuous unboxing video from showing the sealed parcel (360° view) to opening and revealing the products is required for any damage-related complaint.
Without a proper unboxing video, complaints will be declined immediately.
What should the unboxing video include?
Your video must:
- Show the parcel from all sides
- Start before opening the seal
- Be one continuous recording (no cuts or edits)
- Clearly capture the unboxing and product
This helps us process complaints fairly and quickly.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
- A complete unboxing video is provided
- The product is unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging.

Is shipping fee refundable?
No, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are calculated after deducting any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days to the same bank/payment method used during purchase.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Courier delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues. If your tracking seems stuck or unclear, contact us at support@glowviera.com and we will help you immediately.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
No — we cannot modify the delivery address or order details once the order has been packed. Please double-check all information before completing checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
International orders are handled through Instagram and WhatsApp due to varying shipping costs. Additional customs or service fees may apply based on your country.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes! Many bestselling items are restocked.
You can follow us on Instagram for restock updates or message us to check availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is not possible once the order is placed, as we start processing immediately. Please be sure before confirming your purchase.
The courier marked my order as “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
In such cases, please:
- Check with neighbors/security
- Verify the phone number provided
- Contact the courier with the tracking details
If still unresolved, contact us at support@glowviera.com.
Note: Delivery marked as “delivered” by the courier is considered completed.
Do you accept custom orders?
If you need bulk or customized pieces, you can message us on Instagram or email us. We will try our best to support your request depending on stock.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your parcel’s movement.
Do you offer same-day or express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery.
However, express delivery may be available in select locations depending on courier availability. Contact us for details.
What if the product I received is different from what I ordered?
In rare cases of wrong product delivery, a proper unboxing video is mandatory to verify the issue. Without a complete video, the complaint will not be accepted.
Can I return a product because I don’t like it?
No. Returns are approved only for damaged or incorrect items with a proper unboxing video. Personal preference is not accepted as a reason for return.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. You pay only the product price and shipping fee (₹49). For international orders, extra service charges or customs fees may apply based on your country.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At the moment, we do not provide Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid to ensure smooth processing and faster dispatch. This helps us maintain product quality and prevent fraudulent orders.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During high-order periods, sale events, or festivals, processing may take slightly longer. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel.
