RETURN & REFUND

To request a return or exchange at Glowviera, it is compulsory to provide a complete unboxing video as proof of any damage/Return. This video must begin from the moment you break the seal and continue straight through to the end, without any cuts, edits, or filters. Without this full recording, we cannot accept or process a return request. Please note that any damage caused after opening the package or while handling the product will not qualify for a refund.

If your return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition along with all its packaging, including jewelry boxes and accessories. Once we receive the returned product, please allow up to two business days for the refund to reflect in the same bank account used for your purchase.
